HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?
We are an online store, so all you need to do is simply add what you want to your cart & then proceed to the checkout when you’re ready.
You will need to give your contact details & address, choose a delivery option and then make payment in order to secure your purchase.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK & IS IT SAFE ?
Payment works via a 3rd party platform called Payfast. It allows you to pay with a debit/credit card. Payfast is a secure way to pay and we assure you, you will be in good hands.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE ?
Customized orders take up to 7 working days for us to make, however, during load shedding this lead time could be effected. Normal stock items are available immediately.
Parcel/s should be delivered at your given address between 4 - 7 WORKING days ( after packaging ) for all central cities. Please note that it can take up 10 working days for remote locations and during holiday periods.
WHICH AREAS DO YOU COURIER TO ?
We courier all over South Africa. We use Courier Guy's PUDO ( locker to locker ). Pricing is dependent on size/weight.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL ?
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. On the email will be your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
